I’ve spent most of my life in the construction industry, learning hands-on how houses are supposed to be built. I want to help you understand everything possible about your biggest investment, and I will take the time to make sure you have the knowledge you need to make smart decisions.
Many other home inspectors have some experience in construction, and others have only book knowledge. I am a licensed contractor, and grew up in a construction family. You need an inspector with decades of practical experience to give you the most accurate picture of your home. The process of buying and selling a home is already stressful enough without having to worry about a vague or questionable inspection report.

In order for a home inspector to provide customers with information regarding corrective measures and/or repair estimates, the inspector is required to hold a contractor’s or a similar license.
